Account Setting

To set up an account on www.bgirlskitchen.online, you must be over 18 years of age.

When you sign up, you will be asked to provide your details, you must ensure that the details you provide are correct. You can edit or update your personal details by logging into your account.

Collection

You can order online for same day or future date collection from our branch located at

157 Broad Street, Dagenham. RM10 9HX

Please note that you will be unable to collect your order earlier than the selected time slot.

Kindly bring your order number and collection password.

We will not be able to give you your order unless you produce the required collection information.

Whilst we make every effort to have your order ready for collection or delivery at the agreed time, please note we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control or if you arrive after our closing time.

Delivery

We currently offer same day or next day curb side delivery (you book a cab to collect your order once your order has been prepared).
For curb side delivery, you would need to order online then whats app or call the chosen collection kitchen when the cab arrives outside. You would also need to provide the car registration number and the name on the account that was used to book the cab.

You can also order for delivery via food ordering platforms including Uber Eat and Just Eat.

Privacy & Security

To ensure a safe and secure shopping experience for all ours customers, BGirl’s Kitchen reserves the right to use reputable security devices and systems to protect the privacy and confidentiality of your informations, including personal information and payment details.

BGirl’s Kitchen may change its policies occasionally and without notice. Kindly refer to our privacy policy for updates.

Cancellation, Exchange & Refund

We take great pride and care in ensuring that your order is prepared on time and get to you in perfect condition but incase you change your mind, kindly contact our cancellation team via email within the below time frames.


Before delivery – Takeaway orders excluding seafood platters can be cancelled 3 days before the agreed delivery/collection date and time. Catering orders excluding seafood platters can be cancelled 14 days before the agreed delivery/collection date and time.

After delivery – All edible and perishable products including takeaway and catering cuisines are non refundable or exchangeable unless faulty.

The above policy does not affect your statutory rights and you can contact our customer service team via telephone within 24 hours after delivery or collection of your order.

All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note that proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

All refunds would be refunded via the same method of payment.

By credit or debit card : Your money will go back on the same card. Allow 3-5 working days for the refund to show in your account. 

By cash : Your refund will be given in cash.

By online credit : Your refund will be credited into your online account for you to use on your next shopping or share with a friend. 

If your item was purchased at an offer price, your refund will be based on that promotional price.

Payment

We accept Visa debit or credit card, Visa Electron cards, Mastercard, Maestro and JCB.
We offer delivery to billing address only and we take extra care to ensure that your order and subsequent transactions are conducted in a secure environment. Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unuthorised access. We will let you know if products are not available for any reason after we have accepted your order. We will refund amounts already paid by the same means of payment.

Prices and VAT

Please note that the prices on our website are the same prices in our stores at the time your order was placed.
